Behavior Technician (BT), School-Based ABA

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Behavior Technician for a full-time, school-based BT position in Milton, FL! The Behavior Technician will be part of our on-site Intensive Behavioral Student Services team and will serve to lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs.
 
What We're Looking For 

  • 1+ year of experience as an ABA Behavior Technician supporting the pediatric population (high school demographic)  
  • Experience with school-based interventions highly preferred but not required
  • Safety Care Certification - SSG will provide training

What You'll Do

  • Implement behavior plans and FBA/PBIPs
  • Support classroom and individual student needs 
  • Provide direct services under the direction of the BCBA
  • Provide teaching and feedback to classroom staff
  • Communicate with school and district staff
