  • Salary range: $90,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience and market)

Role Overview 

As a Center-Based BCBA at CAS, you'll serve as a clinical leader supporting children with autism and developmental needs through high-quality, compassionate ABA services. You'll collaborate closely with families, technicians, and leadership while practicing within a structured environment designed to support ethical decision-making and clinical excellence. 

This role is ideal for clinicians who value consistency, collaboration, and meaningful impact. 

What You'll Do 

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) 
  • Utilize developmentally appropriate assessments, including Vineland-3 and other standardized tools 
  • Provide center-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental needs 
  • Collect, analyze, and monitor behavioral data to guide treatment decisions 
  • Supervise, coach, and support Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity 
  • Partner with caregivers through training and collaboration to promote skill generalization 
  • Deliver crisis prevention and intervention when clinically necessary 
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners 
  • Participate in staff meetings, clinical trainings, and ongoing professional development 
  • In some regions, mentor Associate Clinical Supervisors or individuals accruing supervision hours toward BCBA certification

Qualifications 

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field 
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing (required) 
  • Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (required, where applicable) 
  • Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities 
  • Experience conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and supervising clinical staff 
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills 
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, high-quality care
