Job Description

Peer Coach - ABA Therapy 
 Full-time | Hourly | Center & Community-Based 

Join our Center-Based program as a Peer Coach, where you'll support children with autism and related developmental needs by delivering high-quality ABA therapy. This role includes direct client work, modeling therapy for new RBTs, assisting BCBAs with assessments and lesson plans, and ensuring engaging theme-based and NET (natural environment teaching) activities are in place. 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Provide therapy sessions and RBT coverage across assigned caseloads 

- Coach and model ABA strategies for new and current RBTs 

- Support BCBAs with data collection, program materials, and assessments 

- Prepare and lead theme-based group activities and NET programs 

- Maintain reliable attendance and commitment to client progress 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) 

- Minimum 3 years of experience working with children in ABA or education 

- RBT certification required; Level 4/5 RBT preferred 

- BCaBA certification a plus
