As a Center-Based BCBA, you'll serve as a clinical leader and role model, ensuring programs are implemented with fidelity and compassion while maintaining a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), preference assessments, and skill-based assessments to guide individualized treatment planning
- Design and oversee evidence-based, data-driven ABA programs tailored to each child's goals and needs
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and Behavior Technicians, building skill and confidence through modeling and feedback
- Lead team meetings, case reviews, and center-based staff trainings focused on treatment integrity, data analysis, and professional growth
- Collaborate closely with families and caregivers, providing education, updates, and strategies to support generalization of skills at home and in the community
- Partner with other clinicians and center staff (speech therapists, occupational therapists, and others) to ensure an integrated, multidisciplinary approach
- Monitor treatment progress, review data regularly, and adjust programming to ensure continuous improvement and meaningful outcomes
- Uphold BACB® ethical standards and embody CAS's core values of quality, compassion, and collaboration in every aspect of your work
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Minimum of 2–3 years of ABA experience, preferably within a center-based environment
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, train, and inspire direct care staff
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both families and interdisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform decision-making and program adjustments
- Commitment to ethical, assent-based, and compassionate care
- Experience providing ABA therapy in structured center settings with multiple concurrent programs
- Familiarity with CentralReach or similar ABA data management systems
- Strong presentation, coaching, and team development skills
- Experience facilitating caregiver training or supporting home-generalization plans
