Job Duties
  • ABA Behavior Technicians report directly to the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • In collaboration with a program supervisor, instruct clients on developing communication skills, fostering play, establishing friendships, and enhancing independence, while addressing challenging behaviors.
  • Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
  • Attend to toileting and/or change soiled diapers/clothing as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with the caregiver(s) of referred clients.
  • Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the therapy space at the conclusion of each session.
  • Participate in Clinical Review meetings for individuals on the assigned caseload.
  • 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
  • Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, speak, and listen to children. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to push items of 50 lbs. Such as pushing children on a bike, pulling a wagon or moving/rearranging furniture. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and peripheral vision.

ABA School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Constellations Behavioral Services is hiring immediately for full-time, school-based ABA  Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Franklin, NH, and the surrounding areas to support student cases in a school setting.  As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work one-on-one with students with special needs to help them learn more effectively, academically, and socially through play. Under the supervision of our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), you will deliver a curriculum that has been determined as appropriate and ideal from formal assessments, and proven effective, from over 70 years of scientifically evidenced research.
