School-Based ABA Behavior Technician (BT)

Full-Time School-Based Position | Rochester, NH

Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for ABA Behavior Technicians (BTs) in Rochester, NH and surrounding areas. Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Job Duties
  • Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
  • Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
  • Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
  • 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • School schedule 7:45am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Childcare experience required
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
