What We're Looking For:Hold a Registered Nurse License in ILFirst Aid/CPR CertificationWe will need a RN who can support the following for a 20 year old male in our Transition Learning Program in Bensenville. Hours are approximately 7:30 - 3:30.Ride bus with student from Alden (Bloomingdale) to TLC (Bensenville) and back to AldenTrach caresuction as neededreplace as needed - student attempts to pull this out o student is not oxygen dependent during the day and has a speaking valveG-tube careo feedings should not be scheduled during school hours (currently am/pm only)ability to replace as needed - student attempts to pull this outToileting - diapers, will require use of hoyer/changing table every 2 hoursTransfer from wheelchair to alternate seating as appropriate for positioningPush heavy automatic wheelchair in manual mode/able to adjust chair from automatic to manual as neededFollow Behavior Intervention Plan as trained/with fidelity (misuse of wheelchair, self-injury, verbal aggression, noncompliance) Why You'll Love Working With Us:Flexible Positions: Choose from full-time, part-time, and travel-eligible positions to fit your lifestyle.
