Instead, you will help educators feel more confident, supported, and equipped to create positive classroom environments. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a collaborative, school-minded BCBA who enjoys coaching adults, building relationships, and turning behavior expertise into practical classroom support. Required Qualifications Current BCBA certification. Arizona LBA credential required. Experience coaching or supporting educators, paraprofessionals, or school teams. Strong understanding of classroom systems, proactive behavior support, reinforcement, regulation, and instructional access. Ability to use observation data to identify priorities and guide implementation. Strong communication, organization, flexibility, and relationship-building skills. Preferred Qualifications Public school experience, especially in special education, MTSS, PBIS, classroom consultation, or school-based behavior support. Experience supporting multiple school teams or district-level initiatives. Experience facilitating PLCs, staff training, professional development, or group consultation. Background as a behavior coach, school consultant, district BCBA, MTSS/PBIS specialist, or school-based behavior support provider. Why This Role Matters Strong classroom systems change the day-to-day experience for both students and educators.
