- Maintain RBT Certification (licensed RBT) - Please apply only if you have all of your hours completed and currently hold proper credentials.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), School-Based ABA
Join Our Mission to Transform Lives! The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based position in Milton, FL! The RBT will be part of our on-site Intensive Behavioral Student Services team and will serve to lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs. Schedule: 7:30a - 3:00p; 37.5 hours per week (off on all holidays and scheduled school closures with summer school hours available!)Pay Range: $20-$22/hourWhat We're Looking For RBT Certification in good standing Safety Care Certification - SSG will provide training, please prepare candidates 1+ year of experience as an RBT supporting the pediatric population Experience with school-based interventions highly preferred but not requiredWhat You'll DoImplement behavior plans and FBA/PBIPsSupport classroom and individual student needs Provide direct services under the direction of the BCBAProvide teaching and feedback to classroom staffCommunicate with school and district staff Why You'll Love Working with Us We're committed to putting our people first, just like we do our students.
