This role calls for someone who has already led teams, written and adjusted behavior and skill-acquisition plans, and knows how to build strong working relationships with school staff — someone who can walk into a classroom, read the room, and lead with confidence and warmth.You'll work under the clinical direction of a supervising BCBA, but you'll operate with real autonomy: supervising Behavior Technicians (BTs), contributing directly to programming decisions, and serving as the day-to-day clinical anchor for your caseload.
