You will work alongside special education teams across assigned schools, guiding individualized programming for your identified caseload while applying sound ABA principles and ethical practices under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). With the support and guidance of your supervisor and team of likeminded clinicians, you will be growing and developing your clinical, professional and communication skills while helping students and educators achieve meaningful outcomes every day.What You'll Do Consults, trains and collaborates with assigned special education teams, school departments and partners Assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates behavioral and educational programs for an assigned student caseload under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
