You will work alongside special education teams across assigned schools, guiding individualized programming for your identified caseload while applying sound ABA principles and ethical practices under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). With the support and guidance of your supervisor and team of likeminded clinicians, you will be growing and developing your clinical, professional and communication skills while helping students and educators achieve meaningful outcomes every day.What You'll Do Consults, trains and collaborates with assigned special education teams, school departments and partners Assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates behavioral and educational programs for an assigned student caseload under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Maintains accurate and timely client documentation and progress reporting Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to promote consistency and fidelity of programming Supports CAS colleagues with workshops, projects and staff presentations as assigned Maintains compliance with BACB Ethics and company standards Participates in company meetings and trainings May include the direct supervision Behavior Technicians (BTs) working with students on assigned caseload How Success Is Measured Success in this role is defined by: High-quality, ethical, and effective behavioral programming Strong collaboration with school teams and families Consistent data-driven decision-making Positive student outcomes and sustainable supports Professionalism, reliability, and follow-through ____________________________________________________________________________________ Qualifications Enrolled in Master's program for Behavior Analysis or a related field Participating in Supervised Fieldwork to support eligibility to test for BCBA exam First aid and crisis intervention training (e.g., CPI or SafetyCare) experience preferred Minimum of three years experience working with students who have behavioral, developmental, or social-emotional needs (in a school setting preferred)  Experience training or coaching others Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively, comprehend professional and technical materials, and apply basic mathematical and data skills when following instructions and resolving routine work-related problems  Why CAS Is Different We intentionally design school-based roles that: Balance autonomy with meaningful clinical support Prioritize collaboration over isolation Invest in clinician growth across settings Support sustainable, long-term careers in ABA ____________________________________________________________________________________ Not Ready to Make the Jump - but Know Someone Who Is? We offer $1,000 external referral bonuses for BCBA referrals and $250 for BT referrals. If your referral is hired and employed with us for 90 days, you get paid.  CAS Referral Program Sometimes the right opportunity helps someone else take the leap. ____________________________________________________________________________________ About CAS Community Autism Services is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to children and families while creating meaningful, sustainable careers for our team members.
