If you're ready to take the next step in your ABA career, we're ready to guide you. What You'll Do As a School-Based Behavior Specialist (ABAI), you'll be embedded within educational teams to apply ABA principles, guide school staff, and directly impact student success through modeling, coaching, and data-informed strategies. Here's how you'll make a difference: Model and implement behavior-analytic strategies to promote student success across academic and behavioral goals Support school personnel in the implementation of ABA-based programming and interventions Provide ongoing feedback, model techniques, and assist with competency assessments Collect and interpret behavioral data to inform instructional strategies and interventions Collaborate with special education staff, behavior teams, and administrators to ensure consistency and generalization of support Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention planning Assist with curriculum development through the lens of behavior analysis Support students during moments of behavioral escalation using proactive and responsive strategies Receive supervision, participate in team problem-solving, and develop the skills needed for independent clinical practice What Makes This Role Unique Mentorship Toward BCBA Certification: Gain hands-on experience with built-in supervision and guidance from BCBAs School-Based Training Ground: Engage with diverse learners (4-8 student caseload) in a collaborative, multidisciplinary school setting Leadership Development: Step into a training role with opportunities to lead, coach, and model ABA strategies for school staff Collaborative Environment: Work closely with experienced clinicians, educators, and administrators to drive meaningful student outcomes Growth-Focused Culture: Access a clear path to advance within the organization while pursuing higher certification or specialization Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred) Minimum of 3 years working with children or adolescents in educational or ABA settings Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coach, collaborate, and adapt in dynamic environments Advanced RBT, BCaBA, or actively working toward BCBA certification (preferred but not required) Committed to ethical, student-centered care and continuous professional development Schedule & Work Environment Full-TimeSchool-based caseload in the Keene/Peterborough RegionCompensation & Benefits Competitive Salary: $45,000-$52,000 annually based on experience Paid Time Off, sick days, and holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Retirement Plan Life Insurance Paid supervision and professional development Career advancement pathways Employee Assistance Program Flexible scheduling options Referral Bonuses Fun team events, mentorship, and mission-driven cultureWhy Join Community Autism Services? Be part of a clinical team focused on excellence, collaboration, and outcomes Access career advancement opportunities and leadership development Practice within a values-driven organization: Team First, Make a Difference, See it Through, Be Yourself, and Better Every Day Thrive in an environment that supports autonomy and encourages innovation Apply Today Ready to elevate your ABA career?
