    Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Early Intervention & Pediatric Services Full-Time | Home & Community-Based | Rates starting at $75 per hour | Chester County, PAProvide impactful, effective when clinicians are empowered to work collaboratively, engage families as partners, and deliver evidence-based interventions where children live, play, and learn.Our model prioritizes individualized, functional communication outcomes rooted in daily routines—supporting children's expressive and receptive language, articulation, feeding, social communication, and pragmatic skills while equipping caregivers with the tools and confidence to support progress beyond therapy sessions.The CAS Experience What Working as a Speech Language Pathologist Looks Like Total CompensationWe recognize the scope and impact of speech-language pathology and clinical leadership. • Hourly range W2- $75+ and 1099 $85+ (based on experience and market)  • Company recognition awards, including Clinical Impact• Deliver speech and language therapy services in home and community-based settings  • Provide direct therapy, consultation, monitoring, and written home programs  • Conduct speech, language, feeding, articulation, and social communication evaluations  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve functional communication and participation in daily routines  • Address expressive, receptive, pragmatic, and feeding needs using developmentally appropriate strategies  • Provide ongoing caregiver education and coaching (monthly and as needed) Interdisciplinary Collaboration• Partner with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Child Development Specialists, Mental Health Professionals, and Behavior Analysts  • Contribute to coordinated, family-centered treatment planning  • Communicate clearly and consistently with caregivers and internal teams Work–Life Balance You Can Count OnThis role is designed for sustainability and flexibility. • Full-time, home and community-based schedule  • Travel between in-home sessions and/or center-based services  • Autonomy in daily scheduling with administrative and clinical support  • Caseload management guidance to optimize service delivery Leadership & Support• Support from Regional Clinical Leadership  • Opportunity to mentor and support up to 2 direct reports  • Quarterly team meetings and collaborative case discussions  • Clear expectations, structured supervision, and professional guidance How Success Is MeasuredSuccess in this role is defined by: • High-quality, ethical, and effective speech and language therapy services  • Strong caregiver engagement and education  • Timely, accurate documentation and follow-through  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams  • Positive communication and developmental outcomes for children and families Role-Based Competencies• Work Ethic: Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and commitment to children and families  • Organization & Planning: Manages schedules, session planning, and documentation effectively  • Proactivity: Identifies communication needs and addresses challenges promptly  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accurate documentation and consistent intervention implementation  • Efficiency: Balances multiple responsibilities while maintaining quality care  • Clinical Judgment: Applies SLP knowledge and best practices to individualized interventions Qualifications• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology  • Active PA State SLP license  • Minimum of 6 months' pediatric experience in home, clinic, or community settings  • Strong communication and collaboration skills  • Commitment to ethical, family-centered care Not Ready to Make the Jump—but Know Someone Who Is?We offer $500 external referral bonuses for SLP referrals and.
