Job Title: Talent Marketing Specialist (Lead Generation) About the Role: We're looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Talent Marketing Specialist to support our growing and rapidly scaling business. This role is ideal for someone who has experience with and strong interest in recruiting, data, and marketing-and wants hands on exposure across multiple disciplines. You'll work closely with leadership to support lead generation workflows, optimize job board performance, and help turn data into actionable insights.
