    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Suwanee, GA (Hybrid)  Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group  Pay: $80,000 - $95,000 base salary + up to $12,000/year in bonuses We are hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our center-based ABA therapy program in Suwanee, GA. This position is primarily in-person at our Suwanee center, with some flexibility for remote telehealth work based on client needs and scheduling. If you're passionate about clinical excellence, collaborative work, and supporting children with autism in a structured, supportive setting-this is the opportunity for you. Maximize Your Earning Potential In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a performance-based bonus structure that allows BCBAs to earn up to $12,000 per year in bonuses. Bonuses are paid quarterly and based on monthly billable supervision hours. For example, BCBAs who meet 108 billable supervision hours per month receive a $500 monthly bonus (equivalent to $1,500 per quarter). Those who meet 120 monthly supervision hours are eligible for a $1,000 monthly bonus (or $3,000 per quarter).
