Career Services Specialist / Recruiter- South/Midwest Instructional Services 

Hiring Paraprofessionals, Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians and BCBAs.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
This is a full-cycle recruitment role (candidate-focused) responsible for driving placements through proactive sourcing, strong candidate engagement, and effective closing. This position does not include account management or business development - the focus is entirely on recruiting and production.

The ideal candidate has a competitive mindset, is energized by hitting goals, and consistently delivers measurable results.

What You'll Own
* Drive full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through placement
* Build and maintain a high-volume candidate pipeline
* Proactively source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and networking
* Conduct structured screening interviews and assess candidate fit quickly and effectively
* Overcome objections and move candidates through the hiring process efficiently
* Communicate compensation and facilitate offer acceptance
* Meet and exceed weekly activity metrics, placement goals, and KPIs
* Manage time aggressively to balance sourcing, follow-up, and closing
* Maintain detailed tracking in ATS/CRM systems
* Deliver a strong, professional candidate experience while maintaining speed and urgency

What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of recruiting, agency staffing, or sales experience
* Demonstrated success hitting or exceeding production targets
* Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills
* Proven ability to close candidates and manage objections
* Comfortable working in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Experience with ATS and CRM systems
* Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed sourcing
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Strong resilience, persistence, and competitive drive
