ABA Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for ABA Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in  Beverly Hills, CA  and the surrounding areas. Join our team in delivering state-of-the-art behavioral services to children with autism, contributing to our shared mission of Transforming Lives Together!

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
Hours: After school hours - 3:30 PM -6:30 PM

Job Duties
  • Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
  • Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
  • Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
  • 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.

Requirements
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification  
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Childcare experience required
