Job Duties:
• Communicates with clients (school districts) and employees (providers) to collect documentation, ensure accuracy, and assists billing specialists with any time related questions that may arise.
 • Review biweekly employee timesheets and works with Supervisors to resolve issues.
• Maintain and update timecard trackers.
 • Review and reconcile district specific logs against time entered in Kronos. 
• Communicate with internal groups regarding issues pertaining to time logs and time sheets. 
• Ability to go onsite to the school district and travel amongst multiple sites. 

Required Qualifications:
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
 • Advanced Excel skills
 • Superior written and verbal communication skills
. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‐solving skills. 
• Self‐ motivated, time efficient and proactive
 • Reliable transportation and current driver's license
