The Stepping Stones Group is seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistants to join our team in providing exceptional therapy services to students in schools. Full time, school-based in Fresno, CA!
The ideal candidate will assist to conduct assessments to evaluate student's speech, language, and communication abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, and provide therapy services to students individually and in group settings. This position also involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs, monitoring student's progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. The candidate will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree Speech-Language Pathology
- State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Speech Language Pathologist CF Mentor
The Stepping Stones Group is seeking CF Mentors with our school district partners in New Orleans, LA! Join us in our mission of Transforming Lives Together. Check us out! We work in some of the largest districts throughout the US and our employees are provided with access to our clinical teams for ongoing clinical support and guidance. Requirements: Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in the school settingHolds appropriate state license and ASHA CCCsHas earned at two hours of professional development post-certification in the area of supervision and/or clinical instruction (SSG can provide, if needed) Duties included: Provide CF Supervision for CF-SLPs per ASHA guidelines Including direct and indirect supervision Provide CF the mentorship needed to become an independent practitioner of SLP services Improve the clinical effectiveness of the Clinical Fellow through meaningful mentoring and feedback, and assist the Clinical Fellow in developing independent clinical skills. Provide opportunities to view and accurately rate all skills listed in the 2020 CFSI Provide the minimum required on-site and in-person supervisory activities per segment in order for the hours and weeks earned during that segment to count.
