C.B.E.S.T., is now part of The Stepping Stones Group, we are immediately hiring for a rewarding position as a Program Supervisor! This position allows you to work one on one with a child in a school setting, utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to meet specific behavior goals for that child. Current positions are available M-F, between 7:50 am - 3:30 pm, and would be 30 hours/week.
As a Program Supervisor, you will work one on one with a child at LAUSD school. You will work collaboratively with a company Case Supervisor to develop and implement positive behavior intervention strategies to improve a child's skills in the following areas of development: functional behavior, emotional language and communication, socialization, academic performance, and independent daily living skills. You must be receptive and be willing to work with students who exhibit mild to severe behaviors (i.e., aggression, elopement, etc.).
Position Qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, child development, education, special education, social work, counseling, or a related field (Preferred).
- Minimum of 2 Years Experience providing 1:1 Behavior Intervention Developing and Implementing Positive Behavioral Intervention Plans and Conducting FBAs.
- Minimum 1 Year Experience as a Case Supervisor.
- Must be Professional and Comfortable Working with a Multidisciplinary Team.
- Must have working knowledge of applied behavior analysis.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), and/or Safety Care (QBS) is preferred.
