The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Supervisor to join our team in providing exceptional supervision services to speech language pathology assistants in schools.
Part-time, school-based in Pomona Unified School District!
Location: Arroyo Elementary
Supervision Requirements: 20% of SLPAs workload (~6 hours per week) - this is on-site for the first 90 days, after which supervision can be scaled back and virtual supervision may be provided
Compensation: Our SLPs are paid a monthly stipend for supervision, which includes an increased rate for the first 90 days and reduced after the first 90 days.
Requirements:
- Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
