We're looking for compassionate, driven Advanced Behavior Technicians to join our team in Visalia, CA! This is a full-time opportunity where you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact, develop valuable skills, and build a rewarding career while supporting students in achieving success both inside and outside the classroom.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Prior ABA experience required
  • Must be available Monday-Friday, with flexible hours between 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM (start times may vary depending on scheduling needs)
