Career Guidance Specialist - Behavioral Support Services

As a Career Guidance Specialist, you will work closely with our experienced recruiting and sales teams. 

In this position you will
* Reach out to employees as they are assigned to you with a personal introduction; this will occur once they have completed their onboarding and they have completed their first day on assignment. 
* Champion our customer service culture and create a positive experience for your assigned employees. 
* Provide personal bi-weekly care calls and touch points to assigned employees. 
* Provide timely, complete, and helpful responses to assigned employees as their primary point of contact throughout their assignment. 
* Maintain up-to-date company knowledge to help answer frequent questions. 
* Provide feedback to employees if district has conveyed any performance issues so they are aware/reset expectations. 
* Follow-up for two weeks to ensure performance issue has been resolved and to provide further clarity with the candidate should there be performance issues. * Should performance issues persist, issue CAPs and PIPs and follow-up accordingly 
* Act as a liaison between triad teams and departments, including Payroll, HR (Human Resources), Reimbursements, etc. 
* Drive annual retention effort, managing toward the assigned renewal headcount goals 
* Create renewal margin calculators and audit for accurate start date information, assignment details, and compensation details 
* Negotiate renewal compensation packages, ensuring pay increases are within set guidelines, maintaining profit margin goals, and communicating with Director and/ or Market President for approvals as needed 
* Send renewal contracts for employee signature and follow up as needed 
* Complete the hiring process for renewals, ensuring the correct job order assignment, hiretrak, hire type, triad team members, and cost centers 
* Assist employees with any required compliance items so they are completed timely so as not to delay their start date. Work as part of a collaborative team and contribute to the team's overall success 
* May assist with back-up coverage of sourcing and recruiting tasks as needed. 
* May assist with timecard approvals as needed.
