Role Overview
As a Center-Based Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with young children (typically ages 18 months-6 years) to support skill development through play-based, individualized ABA therapy. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values creativity, consistency, and compassionate care.
What You'll Do
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
- Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children
- Collect accurate session data and progress notes
- Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child's success
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment

Pay Ranges (Based on Education & Experience)
- High School Diploma / Associate's Degree: $21.00 - $26.00/hour
- Bachelor's Degree: $22.00 - $26.00/hour
Additional factors that may increase starting pay include:
- Prior experience working in ABA or related behavioral health settings
- Higher levels of education or relevant coursework
- Fluency in additional languages that support the families we serve
- Advanced certifications or specialized training (e.g., RBT certification)

Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations throughout the session
- Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, which may include aggression, elopement, or self-injurious behaviors
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Willingness to support coverage at nearby centers if needed
- No prior ABA experience required - we train you
