You'll collaborate closely with families, technicians, and interdisciplinary partners to deliver consistent, high-quality ABA services across environments. This role is ideal for BCBAs who value variety, flexibility, and collaboration - without sacrificing support or structure. What You'll Do Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide ABA services across home, center, and remote settings Utilize developmentally appropriate assessments, including Vineland-3 and others as appropriate Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians to ensure treatment fidelity Coach caregivers and team members on evidence-based behavioral strategies Deliver family training to promote skill generalization across environments Monitor, analyze, and apply behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making Collaborate with school teams and attend IEP meetings when appropriate Partner with internal teams, external providers, and families to optimize outcomes In some regions, supervise Associate Clinical Supervisors or BCBA candidates accruing hours How Success Is Measured Success in this role is defined by: High-quality, ethical, and consistent clinical care Strong collaboration with families and team members Effective supervision and mentorship of technicians Data-driven decision-making and meaningful client progress Reliability, professionalism, and follow-through ____________________________________________________________________________________ Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Current BCBA certification in good standing Active MA LABA licensure (or willingness to obtain) Minimum of 2+ years of ABA experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities Strong clinical judgment and ability to individualize behavior plans Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Bilingual Spanish a plus ____________________________________________________________________________________ Why CAS Is Different We intentionally design hybrid roles that: Balance flexibility with structure Support clinicians across multiple settings without burnout Invest in mentorship, training, and long-term growth Prioritize ethical, assent-based practice ____________________________________________________________________________________ Not Ready to Make the Jump—but Know Someone Who Is? We offer $1,000 external referral bonuses for BCBA referrals and $250 for BT referrals. If your referral is hired and employed with us for 90 days, you get paid.  CAS Referral Program Sometimes the right opportunity helps someone else take the leap. ____________________________________________________________________________________ About CAS Community Autism Services is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to children and families while creating meaningful, sustainable careers for our team members.
