Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
Availability: M-F 7:30am-8:30am

Job Duties
- Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in schools and potentially homes and community settings for additional hours.
- Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
- Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
- 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Childcare experience required
