Role Overview
As a Hybrid Center–Home BCBA at CAS, you'll lead clinical programming and supervision across home, center, and limited remote settings. You'll collaborate closely with families, technicians, and interdisciplinary partners to deliver consistent, high-quality ABA services across environments.
This role is ideal for BCBAs who value variety, flexibility, and collaboration - without sacrificing support or structure.
What You'll Do
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide ABA services across home, center, and remote settings
- Utilize developmentally appropriate assessments, including Vineland-3 and others as appropriate
- Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians to ensure treatment fidelity
- Coach caregivers and team members on evidence-based behavioral strategies
- Deliver family training to promote skill generalization across environments
- Monitor, analyze, and apply behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making
- Collaborate with school teams and attend IEP meetings when appropriate
- Partner with internal teams, external providers, and families to optimize outcomes
- In some regions, supervise Associate Clinical Supervisors or BCBA candidates accruing hours

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Active MA LABA licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum of 2+ years of ABA experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to individualize behavior plans
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
