Constellations Behavioral Services is hiring immediately for a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a large, local school district in Tewksbury, MA with optional in-home based hours as well. Pay: $80,000 - $85,000 per year

Overview of the Position: 
  • Primary role involves consultation to public school team members and supervision of ABA services implemented by Constellations Behavioral Services Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) within a large public school district 
  • Supporting the school district's high school or elementary intensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to support educational goals 
  • Opportunity to add home-based, after-school clients as well along your travel route 
 
Primary Duties: 
  • Conduct behavioral consultation to school teams 
  • Develop ABA programing aligned with the student's IEP goals for school aged children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities and social/emotional needs 
  • Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming regularly 
  • Organize and summarize behavioral data to write quarterly progress reports and annual reviews 
  • Case management and coordination as needed 
  • Provide clinical direction, training, and support to Constellations Behavioral Services Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians, and to partner-school staff  
  • Opportunity to provide supervised professional experience to Constellations Behavioral Services staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision 
 
Job Qualifications: 
  • Possess an active BCBA certification, and willingness to obtain a Massachusetts license (LABA)  
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills 
  • Ability to coordinate effective collaboration with non-ABA professionals on the team 
  • Commitment to the field of Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorders 
  • Prior experience supervising ABA programs and 2-5 years working directly with children with autism spectrum disorders 
  • Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation 
  • Pass an FBI/ DOJ background check 
  • Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment
