Pay Grade:                $18.00-$22.00

The Compliance Systems Support Specialist plays an instrumental role at The Stepping Stones Group (SSG or Company) by partnering with Leadership, Recruiters, Account Executives, Clinical Managers, and Human Resources to ensure State and District checklists are maintained and assigned properly.   

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Responsible for maintaining high levels of attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and processing changes to existing checklists in a timely manner
  • Deliver high levels of customer service and support when engaging with stakeholders via phone, email and chat
  • Provide clear, timely, and accurate responses to routine checklist inquiries.
  • Maintain complete and accurate electronic records for all checklists and automated reminders
  • Gain and apply expertise in state and local compliance requirements across all states and disciplines.
  • Support all manual checklist modifications and launches when cost centers update or checklist do not automatically launch
  • Engage with stakeholders to obtain checklist instructions for new clients
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on checklist accuracy

 

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

 
  • 1 year of data integrity experience, education and/or training required
  • 1 year of credentialing, licensing, onboarding or compliance experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS or Ticketing System software preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of basic office procedures and related computer programs (Microsoft 365, etc...)
  • Prior experience working in a fast paced, high volume, detail-oriented environment preferred 
  • Exhibit confidence and professionalism in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Positive, motivated, and cooperative team player who actively contributes to team success.
  • Ability to maintain a strong work ethic; ability to meet deadlines in a demanding and detail-oriented environment with confidential information
  • Self-motivated, proactive, with ability to work independently and in group setting
