We are hiring a Full-Time BCBA in Portsmouth, NH, and nearby areas. Join our team to provide exceptional behavioral services to children with autism and help us achieve our mission of Transforming Lives Together!
Pay: $60,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct intervention in home, school, and community settings.
- Conduct parent/caregiver education and functional behavior assessments.
- Create ABA programs tailored for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
- Employ evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions.
- Collect behavioral data, complete progress notes, and handle case management.
- Offer clinical direction, training, and support to Community Autism Services (CAS) ABA Behavior Technicians.
- Provide supervised, professional experience to Community Autism Services (CAS) staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision.
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification
- 2-5 years experience working with children with autism
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Valid NH driver's license
- Bilingual Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole is a plus!
