What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Proof of completion of 40-hour behavioral course OR 6 months ABA experience
  • CPI, safety-care, or other formal behavioral training (IBST not sufficient)
  • 1 year of school-based experience or clinical behavioral experience required
  • 1 year of autism experience required
  • 1 year of experience with severe behavior de-escalation required
