We will provide you with meaningful interactive opportunities and give you access to our exclusive content.  Qualifications: Must have active BCBA licensure.One year of experience as a BCBA, preferred.Must have taken BACB supervision course.Candidates with experience providing group and virtual supervision preferred, but experience with both is not required.School experience preferred Duties/Job Responsibilities:  In accordance with BACB guidelines, BCBAs will be providing virtual and hybrid supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) that are on assignment.Supervision layout could be as follows, but will be up to BCBA to work out:Week 1: 1:1 virtual supervision with student during school hours (providing feedback, supporting RBT with implementation of the behavior support plan, etc.) Week 2: 1:1 virtual supervision during school and group supervision after school (without the student present)Week 3: virtual or in-person supervision during schoolWeek 4: virtual supervision during school and group supervision after school (without the student present)Each month, the BCBA will meet with the RBTs at least once in a small group format to review Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and interventions, task list items, professional and ethical compliance guidelines, and the RBT handbook. This meeting will be held outside of classroom time and without the student.Once a week, the BCBA will meet with each RBT individually while they apply ABA strategies with their student to ensure effective practices and compliance with the BACB standards.BCBA and RBTs will meet regularly to ensure that they are meeting the required minimum 5% supervision required by the BACB.

Are you interested in being a Clinical Fellowship SLP Supervisor?  The Stepping Stones Group is hiring CCC-SLPs for In-Person Clinical Fellow mentorship and supervision in the area of Placentia, CA.  The Stepping Stones Group provides you with unparalleled support and surrounds you with responsive and supportive clinical leaders. We will provide you with meaningful interactive opportunities and give you access to our exclusive content.    Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the school setting as an ASHA Certified SLPMaintains appropriate state license and ASHA CCC-SLP throughout the entire CF experience Completes at least two hours of professional development in the area of supervision after being awarded the CCC-SLP (SSG can provide if needed)    Duties/Job Responsibilities include:  Provide CF Supervision for CF-SLPs per ASHA guidelines  Minimum 6 hours of on-site and in-person direct supervision and 6 hours of indirect supervision activities will occur during each third of the CF experience Provide CF with the mentorship needed to become an independent practitioner of SLP services. Improve the clinical effectiveness of the Clinical Fellow through meaningful mentoring and feedback and assist the Clinical Fellow in developing independent clinical skills. Complete all records and feedback/ratings within a timely manner. Discussion about the best way to give/receive feedback should occur at the beginning of the CF experience (between CF and CF mentor); should be individualized based on the CF's needs  On-site observation dates and times must be documented Maintain ongoing collaboration-mentorship emphasizes discussion, dialogue, reflection, and a bidirectional flow  Compensation: The CF Mentor will receive a monthly stipend provided for each CF SLP that is being supervised.
