We will provide you with meaningful interactive opportunities and give you access to our exclusive content.    Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the school setting as an ASHA Certified SLPMaintains appropriate state license and ASHA CCC-SLP throughout the entire CF experience Completes at least two hours of professional development in the area of supervision after being awarded the CCC-SLP (SSG can provide if needed)    Duties/Job Responsibilities include:  Provide CF Supervision for CF-SLPs per ASHA guidelines  Minimum 6 hours of on-site and in-person direct supervision and 6 hours of indirect supervision activities will occur during each third of the CF experience Provide CF with the mentorship needed to become an independent practitioner of SLP services. Improve the clinical effectiveness of the Clinical Fellow through meaningful mentoring and feedback and assist the Clinical Fellow in developing independent clinical skills. Complete all records and feedback/ratings within a timely manner. See 2020 Standard VII Provide opportunities to view and accurately rate all skills listed in the 2020 CFSI [PDF]  Provide the minimum required on-site and in-person supervisory activities per segment in order for the hours and weeks earned during that segment to count.  Adhere to professional & ethical best practices Compensation: The CF Mentor will receive a monthly stipend provided for each CF SLP that is being supervised.
