ABA Center Coordinator Location: Milford, MA Pay: $25.00 - $32.00/hour Community Autism Services (CAS) is dedicated to transforming lives through high-quality ABA services. We are seeking a Center Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure exceptional service for our clients and staff. Position Summary: The Center Coordinator provides administrative oversight for a center-based ABA program. This role ensures efficient scheduling, compliance, and communication while supporting a positive, service-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Communicate schedule changes and maintain documentation Manage client and staff schedules to support productivity and prevent errors Assist with onboarding and training new hires Ensure client records are complete and compliant Support audit processes and data verification Maintain center supplies and request facility repairs as needed Coordinate parent meetings, compliance trainings, and incident reporting Assist with recruiting and reviewing BT applicants Cover BT lunches/absences when needed Collaborate with the BCBA and operations team on compliance and credentialing Qualifications: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsExperience working with children, preferably with special needs Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management systems Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities Associate's degree and/or supervisory experience preferred RBT certification or ABA experience is a plus Bilingual (Brazilian Portuguese) highly preferred Physical Requirements: Lift up to 25 lbs; push/pull up to 50 lbs Ability to bend, sit, or stand for long periods Reports to: Operations Market Manager Travel: Minimal travel to nearby centers may be required Join CAS and help make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families every day.
