The individual in this position will divide their time between providing high-quality ABA therapy services and building meaningful relationships with referral partners, schools, pediatric offices, and community organizations.The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, comfortable initiating conversations, and excited to represent CAS in the community while maintaining excellence in direct clinical care.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesClinical ResponsibilitiesProvide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and/or center-based settings.Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in a timely manner.Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards.Support positive, professional relationships with families and caregivers.Community Outreach ResponsibilitiesConduct in-person outreach visits to pediatricians, schools, therapy providers, and community agencies.Identify and develop new referral partnerships in Fremont and San Jose.Schedule and attend meetings with prospective community partners.Represent CAS at local events, resource fairs, and workshops.Collaborate with Intake, Recruiting, and Marketing teams to align outreach efforts with regional growth goals.Maintain accurate documentation of all outreach activities in the designated tracker or CRM.Provide weekly updates summarizing outreach efforts, wins, and opportunities.QualificationsHigh school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Communications, or related field preferred.Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire).Experience working with children required; ABA experience preferred.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated with the ability to manage time across clinical and outreach responsibilities.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel regularly between Fremont and San Jose.Compensation & BenefitsPay Range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience and certification).Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays.Paid drive time between client sessions and outreach meetings.Mileage reimbursement in accordance with company policy.Professional development and BCBA supervision opportunities (where applicable).About Community Autism ServicesCommunity Autism Services (CAS), a division of The Stepping Stones Group, provides evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families across multiple service settings, including center, home, and school environments.At CAS, we believe in thoughtful, steady growth and clinical excellence.
