Our part-time home and community model allows BCBAs to provide ethical, compassionate care in natural environments while being backed by strong leadership, mentorship, and clinical infrastructure. We practice within an assent-based, child-centered ABA framework and are committed to making part-time roles feel just as valued, supported, and connected as full-time positions. ____________________________________________________________________________________  The CAS Experience What working part-time in home & community services at CAS looks like Compensation We believe part-time roles should still be competitive and rewarding. Hourly rate: $45-$55 per hour (based on experience and market) Performance-based bonuses and incentive opportunities (where applicable) Company recognition awards, including monetary awards and professional development support Continuing education support, including paid CEUs (prorated) Student Loan Repayment Assistance (eligibility based on hours worked, where applicable) No non-compete clauses Work-Life Balance You Can Count On This role is built for flexibility. Part-time afternoon based schedule Home and community-based caseload within your local service area Autonomy in scheduling sessions with families Local travel only-no excessive regional coverage Clinical Support That Actually Shows Up You'll never practice in isolation. Dedicated Regional Clinical Managers without caseloads, available for coaching and consultation Assent-based, child-centered treatment philosophy Quarterly Clinical Grand Rounds focused on advanced, applied clinical topics PFA/SBT and PRT training opportunities, supported by consultation Access to clinical resources, templates, and systems used across CAS Shared clinical resource library with templates, tools, and evidence-based materials to support consistent, high-quality care  Growth & Engagement Opportunities Part-time doesn't mean disconnected. Optional opportunities to supervise or mentor technicians (based on availability) Ability to increase hours over time if desired Pathways to transition into: Full-time BCBA roles Hybrid or Center-Based positions Senior clinical roles (as availability increases) ____________________________________________________________________________________ Role Overview As a Part-Time Home & Community BCBA, you'll provide behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and clinical supervision in natural environments. You'll collaborate closely with families, technicians, and clinical leaders to support meaningful, real-world skill development-on a schedule that works for you. What You'll Do Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Utilize developmentally appropriate assessments, including Vineland-3 and others as appropriate Provide ABA services in home and community settings Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making Coach caregivers and Behavior Technicians on evidence-based strategies Supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity (as applicable) Deliver caregiver training to promote skill generalization Implement proactive behavior support and crisis prevention strategies Participate in clinical meetings and trainings as available How Success Is Measured Success in this role is defined by: High-quality, ethical, and consistent clinical care Strong relationships with families and team members Effective collaboration and communication Data-driven decision-making and client progress Professionalism, reliability, and follow-through ____________________________________________________________________________________ Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Current BCBA certification in good standing Minimum of 2+ years of ABA experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Experience conducting FBAs and writing BIPs Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to ethical, compassionate, high-quality care Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally ___________________________________________________________________________________ Why CAS Is Different We intentionally design part-time roles that: Offer flexibility without sacrificing clinical quality Provide leadership support and connection Respect clinicians' time and boundaries Create sustainable ways to stay engaged in the field ____________________________________________________________________________________ Not Ready to Make the Jump-but Know Someone Who Is? We offer $1,000 external referral bonuses for BCBA referrals and $250 for BT referrals. If your referral is hired and employed with us for 90 days, you get paid.  CAS Referral Program Sometimes the right opportunity helps someone else take the leap.  ____________________________________________________________________________________ About CAS Community Autism Services is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to children and families while creating meaningful, sustainable careers for our team members.
