ABA Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for Part-Time ABA Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Poway, CA, and the surrounding areas. Join our team in delivering state-of-the-art behavioral services to children with autism, contributing to our shared mission of Transforming Lives Together!A Passionate Community with Shared ValuesYou will have the privilege of collaborating with like-minded individuals who share a passion for making meaningful impacts on children and families in need of autism services. Regardless of size, small and large accomplishments with our clients are celebrated as each represents a continued step in the right direction of our company's values.Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour$250 SIGN-ON BONUS for those who have an active RBT certification!Employee Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and wage increases Drive time and mileage reimbursementRenewal of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificationJob DutiesDeliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence.
