partnering with a team of BCBAs and the school's RBTs to sustain strong behavioral programming, support IEP teams, and build lasting internal capacity among school staff.This role is ideal for BCBAs who thrive in consultative, team-based settings, enjoy building the capacity of others, and want to make a meaningful impact within a well-established school-based program.What You'll DoConduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for school caseloadsUtilize a range of assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, SSIS) to identify strengths and learning needsCollect, analyze, and apply behavioral data to guide decision-making and monitor progressEnsure fidelity of implementation through ongoing data review and program adjustmentsCoach and model evidence-based behavioral strategies for teachers, instructional assistants, and support staffPartner with a team of BCBAs to coach and build the capacity of RBTs and behavior technicians -
