We will provide you with meaningful interactive opportunities and give you access to our exclusive content.  Qualifications: Must have active BCBA licensure.One year of experience as a BCBA, preferred.Must have taken BACB supervision course.Candidates with experience providing group and virtual supervision preferred, but experience with both is not required.School experience preferred Duties/Job Responsibilities:  In accordance with BACB guidelines, BCBAs will be providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) that are on assignment in Poway USD.Hours: Hours will vary depending on the number of RBTs the BCBA is willing to supervise. Each month, the BCBA will meet with the RBTs at least once in a small group format to review Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and interventions, task list items, professional and ethical compliance guidelines, and the RBT handbook. This meeting will be held outside of classroom time and without the student.Once a week, the BCBA will meet with each RBT individually while they apply ABA strategies with their student to ensure effective practices and compliance with the BACB standards.BCBA and RBTs will meet regularly to ensure that they are meeting the required minimum 5% supervision required by the BACB.Compensation: BCBA will receive a stipend - $250.00 per RBT per month. BCBA - RBT Supervisors will not be eligible for benefits.
