Key Responsibilities:Conduct home/community therapy and teletherapy sessions.Perform developmental, OT, feeding, and sensory evaluations.Use standardized assessments and recommend adaptive equipment as needed.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (SLPs, PTs, Behavioral Analysts).Provide direct therapy, consultation, and ongoing caregiver training.Document progress, collect data, and ensure adherence to privacy policies.Supervise COTAs, providing guidance and maintaining service quality.
