Direct Service Rate: Differentiated rate based on responsibilities Supervision / Clinical Support Rate: Differentiated rate based on responsibilities Administrative / Training Rate: Applied to approved non-client-facing work Your mix of direct, supervision, and administrative hours is intentionally designed based on client needs and your supervision plan. You'll support programming, supervision, and caregiver education as you work toward independent practice. This role is ideal for clinicians enrolled in or completing a graduate program in ABA who want high-quality supervision, structure, and real growth-not just hours.
