Regional Sub Coordinator
Location: Remote
Pay: $20.00-25.00/hour

Position Summary:
The Regional Sub Coordinator's mission is to create a responsive and seamless scheduling process that ensures continuous, high-quality service by effectively managing unplanned absences and last-minute schedule changes, empowering teams to deliver exceptional care without disruption.
- Act as a point of contact for team member last minute absences or emergencies, including sudden illnesses, transportation issues, or unforeseen circumstances
- Identify suitable substitutes available for last minute and short-notice cancellations
- Maintain open and effective communication with team members to ensure they're informed of their assignments and responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of team member absences, substitute assignments, and any relevant information pertaining to the scheduling process
- Ensure substitutes are qualified to perform their duties, adhering to ABA practice standards
- Ensure compliance with scheduling and SSG guidelines
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to effectives and efficiency of last-minute substitute coverage
- Must be available during non-standard hours to address call outs or scheduling emergencies (starting at 6:30AM PST)
- High School Diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
- Fluency in scheduling platform
- Fluency in Microsoft Teams
- Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA laws
- Flexibility with hours, availability to attend to after-hours callouts, scheduling emergencies and on call weekend
- Prior experience in coordination or scheduling role is beneficial
