Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMFT / LCSW / LPCC) - Full-Time

Job Type: Full-Time | 40 hours per week
Pay: $43 - $47 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Language Requirement: Bilingual - English/Spanish Required
About the Role
ERA ED, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for a full-time Licensed Mental Health Clinician in Oxnard, CA. We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC with a passion for serving children, adolescents, and families in school and community settings.
This role works across home and school-based settings, partnering with school districts and IEP teams to deliver high-quality, culturally responsive mental health services. Responsibilities
Direct Clinical Services
- Deliver short-term, strengths-based individual and group counseling targeting coping skills, behavioral support, and academic engagement
- Facilitate psychoeducation and family sessions to engage caregivers as partners in student care
- Respond to crises including risk assessment and safety planning
- Provide culturally responsive, bilingual (English/Spanish) services to students and families
School and Community Collaboration
- Partner with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate student support
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with IEP team members
- Lead workshops and school-wide Mental Health Awareness in-services for staff
- Connect students and families to community resources and coordinate care across systems
Documentation and Professional Development
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with CYBHI/Medi-Cal and agency standards
- Participate in weekly supervision and required training programs
Requirements
- Active California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
- Bilingual English/Spanish required - must be able to provide clinical services in both languages
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Availability Monday through Friday; ability to commit to 40 hours per week
- Clinical experience with children and/or adolescents preferred
- School-based service experience preferred
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
