Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Clinical Supervisor in Home and Community-based settings
 
Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in San Jose, CA, and the surrounding areas. We are seeking candidates who are open to work between San Mateo to Los Gatos (Palo Alto, Santa Clara, Los Altos, Campbell) or the greater East Bay (Hayward, Union City, Fremont, Milpitas)Join our passionate and collaborative team in delivering exceptional behavioral services to children with autism and contribute to our shared mission of Transforming Lives Together!

Opportunities for on-going training with Dr. Hanley's team of experts in Today's ABA

We take pride in delivering clinically excellent services, with clinical training and programs that include Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT).
 
We are excited to be in collaboration with Dr. Gregory Hanley's team at FTF Behavioral Consulting for delivering best practice through compassionate care and Skill-Based Treatment. We have additional collaboration with doctoral level leaders within the organization who are fluent in Pivotal Response Treatment. Dissemination and growth is important to us, we offer professional development opportunities and workshops across both of these well-respected methodologies, as well as others. 
 
Pay: $100,000 - $115,000 per year

Job Duties
  • Create ABA programs tailored for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). 
  • Conduct parent/caregiver education and functional behavior assessments. 
  • Employ evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions. 
  • Collect behavioral data, complete progress notes, and handle case management. 
  • Deliver direct intervention in home, school, and community settings. 
  • Offer clinical direction, training, and support to Community Autism Services (CAS) ABA Behavior Technicians. 
  • Provide supervised, professional experience to Community Autism Services (CAS) staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision.
 
Requirements
  • Possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification 
  • Flexible to work with combined home and school caseloads
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Previous experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
  • Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment
  • Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation 
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
