Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- California BBS Registration — Associate or Licensed (one of the following):
- Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
- Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW)
- Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- School-based clinical experience preferred
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents required
- Bilingual Spanish a plus

What You'll Do:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students with a range of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges
- Deliver short-term, strengths-based, evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed approaches)
- Collaborate with IEP and SST teams, school counselors, administrators, and families
- Conduct mental health screenings, risk assessments, and safety planning as needed
- Provide crisis intervention and crisis response support
- Facilitate psychoeducation groups and classroom-based SEL lessons as needed
- Engage families through outreach, education, and coordinated support
- Complete timely clinical documentation and maintain accurate caseload records
- Submit Medicaid billing in accordance with district requirements
- Participate in weekly supervision and required professional development trainings
