ABA Associate Clinical Supervisor 
 
Community Autism Services is hiring immediately for a Full-Time ABA Associate Clinical Supervisor in Ventura, CA and the surrounding areas. This position is ideal for individuals aspiring to advance in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as we provide a supportive team of professionals offering excellent mentorship and guidance. Join us in providing exceptional behavioral services to children with autism and contribute to our collective mission of Transforming Lives Together!

Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals dedicated to serving the autism community. You'll have the opportunity to gain knowledge from our on-site Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), who will offer regular mentoring and support. This is a fantastic chance to learn supervisory responsibilities while setting an example and offering guidance to entry-level ABA Behavior Technicians.
 

Pay: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour (for supervision)
Rate will vary between direct and supervision hours.

Job Duties
  • Deliver direct intervention in home, school, and community settings. 
  • Conduct parent/caregiver education and functional behavior assessments. 
  • Create ABA programs tailored for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). 
  • Employ evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions. 
  • Collect behavioral data, complete progress notes, and handle case management. 
  • Offer clinical direction, training, and support to Community Autism Services (CAS) ABA Behavior Technicians. 
  • Provide supervised, professional experience to Community Autism Services (CAS) staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision.
 
Requirements
  • Must possess a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Must have an active RBT certification
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Preferred prior experience as a lead RBT and in program writing for individuals with autism spectrum disorders. 
  • Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment 
  • Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation 
  • Must be able to commute up to an hour
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Join a team where your skills are valued, your growth is supported, and your work changes lives every day. What You'll Do Deliver direct ABA therapy to children in their home, school, and community settings Conduct parent/caregiver education and assist in functional behavior assessments (under BCBA guidance) Design individualized ABA programs using evidence-based practices, including Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions Collect and analyze behavioral data, complete session documentation, and assist with case management Provide clinical support and model best practices for entry-level Behavior Technicians Participate in individual and group supervision with a designated BCBA to accrue required hours toward certification Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure treatment fidelity and goal alignment across clients Attend training sessions, team meetings, and mentorship opportunities to support your ongoing growth Who You Are Enrolled in or recently completed a Masters program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing (required) Experience delivering ABA services with children diagnosed with autism or developmental disorders Previous experience as a Lead RBT or with mentoring newer technicians is preferred Passionate about clinical growth and building foundational supervision skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; team-oriented mindset Able to travel locally to client homes and schools (up to a 1-hour radius); valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation required Bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus What Makes This Role Unique  Supervisor Training Academy (STA) – As part of our commitment to your professional growth, CAS offers access to our structured Supervisor Training Academy.
