What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 behavioral intervention to children in home, school, and community settings.
- Support clients in achieving goals related to communication, social interaction, and independence.
- Collect and record behavioral data using company tools and technology.
- Collaborate with families, clinicians, and teachers to implement treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing supervision and team meetings to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Training & Development
- 2 Weeks of Paid Training (including hands-on shadowing).
- Structured mentorship and ongoing supervision from clinical leaders.
- Fully supported RBT certification process.
- Ongoing professional development and leadership pathways.
Schedule & Locations
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available in Ventura and the surrounding areas.
- Typical schedules include school-day hours (8am–3pm) and/or weekday afternoons (2–7pm).
- Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, behavioral health, or related field preferred).
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
- Ability to pass background check.
- A passion for helping children and families succeed!
