What You'll Do
- Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions that change lives - and be paid fairly for the impact you make.
- Support clients in achieving goals related to communication, social interaction, and independence.
- Collect and record behavioral data using streamlined tools and technology designed to make your job easier.
- Collaborate with families, clinicians, and teachers to create positive, lasting outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing supervision and team meetings that recognize your contributions and build your skills.
Training & Development
- 2 Weeks of Paid Training (including shadowing with experienced clinicians).
- Structured mentorship and ongoing supervision designed to set you up for success - not stress.
- Fully supported RBT certification process, including paid preparation time.
- Continued development opportunities - so you can build a sustainable, rewarding career.
Schedule & Locations
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available in Ventura and surrounding areas.
- Typical schedules include weekday afternoons (2-7pm) or full day hours (8am-6:30pm).
- We prioritize stable, predictable schedules to create consistency for our staff and families.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, behavioral health, or related field preferred).
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check.
