  • Active BCBA licensure
  • Proof of completion of BACB supervision course

Bonuses are paid quarterly and based on monthly billable supervision hours. For example, BCBAs who meet 108 billable supervision hours per month receive a $500 monthly bonus (equivalent to $1,500 per quarter). Those who meet 120 monthly supervision hours are eligible for a $1,000 monthly bonus (or $3,000 per quarter).
