We love to celebrate our staff and teams!Minimum QualificationsEducation and/or ExperienceBachelor's Degree in a related field to behavior analysis or education including special education, child development and psychology among othersMinimum three years' experience working with children and/or youths in education or ABAMinimum one year experience implementing and training others on the implementation of ABALanguage SkillsAbility to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals. Ability to communicate effectively to common inquiries or complaints from clients.Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar or line graphs.Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
